Do I need to install an EXE?

No. Use PhotoFixo in your browser. You can also install its web-app shortcut from a supported browser.

Where are my photos and documents processed?

Editing happens on your device. Saved customer jobs stay in that browser. Export important work before clearing browser data.

Will I be charged automatically again?

No. Each plan uses a one-time payment. If your plan has an expiry, you can renew it from the same account.

What if my payment is interrupted?

Your account remains available. Sign in and use “Already paid? Check payment” if money was debited before trying another payment.
